Robert Dean Lott was born in Lake Charles, LA, on January 6, 1968. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1994, then attended Law School at Oklahoma City University, where he graduated in May, 1998, and was admitted to the bar in 1998. He has practiced in the area of Workers' Compensation Defense in the state of Oklahoma for over 20 years. Martindale Rating: AV Preeminent. Honor Societies: Phi Delta Phi, Psi Chi. Member: Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association.

John Dale Valentine was born in Wichita, KS, on December 24, 1970. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication in 1994, and attended Law School at Oklahoma City University, graduating and being admitted to the bar in 2001, in both Oklahoma and Kansas. He has practiced law in Oklahoma since 2001, mainly in the area of Workers' Compensation, and he currently practices Workers' Compensation Defense. Member: Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association.
